"If it was not for receiving this scholarship my senior year of high school, I would have been extremely discouraged to attend ISU. I really did not know how I would pay for my first year of school. When I found out that I was chosen for this, I could not believe it. It was a true blessing. God knew exactly what I needed, when I needed it. This scholarship alleviated a financial burden that I could not lift on my own. Because of the success God allowed me to achieve my freshman year of college, I was able to find jobs and scholarships that would help pay for the majority of my education. Thank you so much for allowing me to pursue my education and accomplish things I never thought I would accomplish."
