Scholarship/Grant Received: Robert and Joy Witt Scholarship
Chris received the Robert and Joy Witt Scholarship from The Community Foundation of Macon County. This scholarship honors a deserving Eisenhower High School senior athlete who has displayed strong character, good sportsmanship and citizenship, along with being a dedicated team player.
After graduating from Eisenhower, Chris received his bachelor's degree in physical education from Greenville University and his master's degree in pedagogy from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Chris is currently a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual in Decatur. He lives in Rochester, Ill., with his wife, Ashly, and their cat, Mayflower. Chris remains active in the Macon County community as chair of the young professional group, NextGen, and also coaches for the MidState Soccer Club.
