Scholarships for High School Seniors
The Community Foundation is proud to support local students by offering financial educational support through the gifts of our donors.
Application Portal Opens from Jan. 1 to March 1, 2024
Each year, The Community Foundation's scholarship program annually benefits approximately 70 enrolled students pursuing their higher education goals. These phenomenal financial awards vary in size from $500 to $10,000.
The financial educational support of this program is available through open scholarship accounts and designated fund accounts provided to The Community Foundation of Macon County by generous donors who are committed to improving educational outcomes in our community.
Scholarship Requirements
All eligible students must be a high school graduate or equivalent and must be accepted into an accredited institution of higher learning within the United States of America. Eligible students must be graduating high school this school year or be an existing college/university who has received a prior scholarship. Some scholarships require essays to be written.
