Most nonprofit organizations don't have the luxury of a dedicated Human Resources position, yet talent recruitment, management, and retention are critical to an organization's success. This 2-hour course is designed to give nonprofit staff and board members adaptable tools, checklists and resources to the person tasked with being the "Human Resources Department". HR for the Nonprofit, will be held on Thursday, April 27 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at The KC Hall. The enrollment fee for this course is $10 per Macon County Legacy (MCL) member.

This course is facilitated by The Community Foundation of Macon County (CFMC) and taught by Missy Batman, SHRM, Vice President at the CFMC.

This course is offered as part of the Nonprofit Network, a Community Foundation of Macon County initiative created to support the capacity building of our area nonprofits. The Nonprofit Network represents the collective voice of the Macon County nonprofit sector and brings best practices, resources and support to the nonprofit community.
