We're please to offer this course for nonprofit staff and board members: Building Credibility & Inspiring Others.

In building collaborative non-profit organizations to serve our community, credibility is extremely important. Credibility is not limited to organizational credibility; it also includes personal credibility. Are you consistent? Are you persistent? Do you take action? Do you own not only your own choices but the consequences of your choices? The way we inspire others is by building credibility through authenticity. This workshop really centers on self-awareness. It focuses on credibility and inspiring others to dig deep to know and understand our own locus of control. When we do that for ourselves, it will be a natural fit to also explore credibility and use credibility to inspire others within our organizations.

This course is offered as part of the Nonprofit Network, a Community Foundation of Macon County initiative created to support the capacity building of our area nonprofits. The Nonprofit Network represents the collective voice of the Macon County nonprofit sector and brings best practices, resources and support to the nonprofit community.
